Originating from over 25 years of experience in large organizations fulfilling roles with diverse skill sets, 360 Commercial Real Estate was formed to provide clients with a single resource for real estate services.
Janine Punzel, Owner and Managing Broker, has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 1990 and has held a Broker’s license since 1996. She has over 25 years of hands-on experience in commercial sales and leasing and commercial and residential property management, along with construction and maintenance project management skills. Janine also has 30 years of progressive fiduciary and financial management knowledge gained through her prior employment experiences, which include: Vice President with Hovde Properties; positions in Corporate Real Estate and Internal Audit with American Family Insurance; and service in the United States Marine Corps. Janine is an extrovert who fosters an open, respectful, and collaborative environment and puts this philosophy to work with 360’s team members.
Katie Myhre, Property Manager, has been a part of 360’s team since the beginning. 360 Commercial Real Estate purchased business assets from Katie’s prior employer, which included rental property management contracts and condominium association management contracts. Katie had worked with many of these original clients for over 10 years prior to joining 360’s team. We credit the continuity and seamless transition Katie provided for 360’s retention of 100% of the clients whose contracts were purchased by 360 in the summer of 2014. Katie is a professional who gets things done while still having fun and both her co-workers and 360’s clients enjoy working with her.

Janine has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2008 and earned “Designee” status in October of 2013. She is qualified to assist clients throughout the entire life cycle of owning a real estate investment property - from property acquisition, leasing and management to sale of a property when the owner is ready to divest.
